Typhoon Fung-Wong: Typhoon Fung Wong is gaining stregnth and will hit Taiwan in the next day or so with winds of at least 115 mph. Wasn’t too long ago those folks got slammed by Kalmaegi. Remember, that part of the world gets more tropical cyclones per year than any other. I want to say that they average something like 21 named storms per year.
